Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement predictive models using Python, R, and SQL to optimize business operations
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into strategic recommendations
- Design and maintain data pipelines for real-time analytics and reporting
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Stay current with emerging AI/ML techniques and implement best practices
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team knowledge sharing initiatives
Kualifikasi
- S1/S2 degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data science or analytics role
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn) and statistical analysis tools
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and deployment
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and business acumen
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
