Tanggung Jawab
- Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms using Python/R
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and business opportunities
- Design data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data solutions
- Optimize data pipelines and ensure data quality standards
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- S1/Master's in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years experience in data science or analytics roles
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn) and SQL
- Strong statistical analysis and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end data projects
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Certification in ML/DS (advantageous)
