Tanggung Jawab
- Develop original content (videos, graphics, articles, social posts) aligned with brand voice and campaign goals
- Optimize content for SEO and platform algorithms across social media, blogs, and video channels
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute content calendars and promotional strategies
- Analyze performance metrics to refine content approaches and maximize engagement
- Stay updated on Indonesian cultural trends and digital platform updates
- Manage content creation workflow from ideation to publication
- Produce high-quality visual assets using industry-standard tools
Kualifikasi
- Proven portfolio demonstrating exceptional content creation skills
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop) and Canva
- Strong understanding of Indonesian social media landscape (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Experience with SEO principles and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Indonesian and English
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in remote environment
- 3+ years in digital content creation or related marketing role
- Knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, and basic graphic design
