Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive prenatal and postnatal care services
- Conduct routine examinations and monitor fetal development
- Deliver emergency obstetric care in high-risk cases
- Educate mothers on breastfeeding and newborn care
- Collaborate with gynecologists for integrated patient care
- Maintain accurate medical records using our digital health platform
- Mentor junior midwives through our training academy
Kualifikasi
- S.Kep. / S1 Kebidanan from accredited institution
- STR Bidan with minimum 5 years clinical experience
- Advanced certification in emergency obstetric care
- Proficiency in Indonesian midwifery protocols
- Strong interpersonal skills for patient counseling
- Experience with electronic medical records systems
- Ability to work rotating shifts including on-call duties
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English proficiency
