Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive antenatal care and health education for expectant mothers
- Conduct safe, evidence-based deliveries and manage emergency obstetric situations
- Deliver postnatal care including newborn assessments and breastfeeding supportAdminister family planning counseling and contraceptive services
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Lead community health workshops on maternal and child wellness
- Mentor junior midwives and nursing staff
Kualifikasi
- S1 Kebidanan (Bachelor of Midwifery) from accredited institution
- STRB (Sertifikasi Tenaga Bidan) and valid BLS certification
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in hospital/clinic setting
- Expertise in high-risk pregnancy management and neonatal resuscitation
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build patient trust
- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuing education
