Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive prenatal examinations and high-risk pregnancy monitoring
- Perform safe, hygienic deliveries and emergency obstetric interventions
- Provide family planning counseling and contraceptive services
- Lead postnatal care programs and newborn health assessments
- Train and supervise junior midwives and nursing staff
- Maintain accurate patient medical records and clinic inventory
- Develop community health education initiatives
- Collaborate with gynecologists and pediatricians for multidisciplinary care
Kualifikasi
- S1 Kebidanan degree from accredited institution
- Valid STR Bidan certification and professional license
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in hospital/clinic setting
- Certification in emergency obstetric care (EmOC)
- Expertise in antenatal care and family planning counseling
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
