Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms
- Develop interactive dashboards with Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize product features
- Present data-driven recommendations to leadership with clear visual storytelling
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices in analytics workflows
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in data analytics with fintech/e-commerce background
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools
- Certification in Google Analytics, AWS, or Microsoft Azure preferred
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into strategic insights
- Experience with machine learning algorithms for predictive modeling
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
