What you'll achieve:
- Transform complex financial data into actionable insights for C-suite executives
- Develop predictive models to optimize investment strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial performance
- Maintain compliance with OJK and BPK regulations
Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze financial statements to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Create comprehensive budget forecasts and variance reports
- Conduct due diligence for M&A activities and partnerships
- Design KPI dashboards for real-time financial monitoring
- Lead monthly closing processes with 100% accuracy
- Mentor junior analysts using SAP and Oracle Financials
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics from accredited university
- 5+ years experience in financial analysis with multinational firms
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and BI tools
- Certification (Akuntan Publik/CPA) strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax and regulatory frameworks
- Proven track record in process optimization
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
