Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow statements)
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
- Maintain accurate financial databases and reporting systems
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S2/Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial modeling tools
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
