Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and optimize general ledger systems with 100% transactional accuracy
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPh)
- Develop and implement internal financial controls and procedures
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights
- Collaborate with auditors during external financial examinations
- Mentor junior accounting staff on best practices
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting with minimum 3 years' experience
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (SAI) and tax laws
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification preferred
- Proven experience in financial statement preparation and analysis
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with business-level English communication
