Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deploy scalable AI models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
- Design data pipelines for real-time ML model training and inference
- Implement NLP solutions for chatbots and document analysis systems
- Optimize deep learning models for cloud deployment (AWS/GCP)
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of AI systems
- Mentor junior engineers and stay updated on latest AI research
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI features into production
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years experience in ML model development and deployment
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure preferred)
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers)
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow)
- Published research or portfolio showcasing AI projects
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with excellent English communication skills
