Tanggung Jawab
- Develop individualized nutritional assessment and intervention plans for patients with chronic conditions
- Conduct comprehensive dietary analysis using advanced nutritional software
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic diets and lifestyle modifications
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate nutrition into treatment protocols
- Lead community nutrition workshops and public health initiatives
- Monitor patient outcomes and adjust interventions based on clinical data
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Nutrition/Dietetics with S2 specialization in Clinical Nutrition
- Minimum 3 years hospital-based nutritionist experience
- STR SLM (Surat Tanda Registrasi Sumber Daya Manusia Tenaga Kesehatan) certification
- Proficiency in nutritional assessment software and diet analysis tools
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based practice guidelines
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience with pediatric and geriatric nutritional management
