Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux server environments across hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Implement and monitor security protocols (firewalls, IDS/IPS, access controls)
- Optimize network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Deploy and manage virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Automate routine tasks using PowerShell/Ansible
- Ensure system compliance with ISO 27001 standards
- Document infrastructure changes and create runbooks
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex system incidents
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (3+ years experience)
- Expert proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Certification in AWS/Azure or equivalent cloud platforms
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, or Datadog)
- Knowledge of backup solutions (Veeam, Commvault)
- Understanding of ITIL framework and incident management
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
